Questions
When are the visits scheduled?
HVAC visits are in spring (before cooling season) and fall (before heating season). Refrigerator visits are once a year at a time that works for you. We remind you before each visit.
How does payment work?
After you enroll we send a secure payment link from our card processor. You can pay yearly or monthly. We never ask for card numbers on this page or by email.
Does the plan cover repairs or parts?
Plans cover maintenance visits, no trip charge and a repair discount. Repairs and parts are quoted separately at the member discount.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime, online, using the form below. If you cancel within the first 30 days and no visit was done, you get a full refund. Otherwise, unused months are refunded minus the regular price of visits already completed.
Do you service any brand?
Yes — we maintain all major HVAC and refrigerator brands. We are a Bryant dealer and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor.
