Defective Parts & Warranty Claims
Most manufacturer warranties are valid for 30 days, although coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer.
If you’ve installed a part that has stopped working or appears to be defective, please download and complete the [Defective Parts Form].
Once completed, click the “Email Defective Parts Form” button to send it to us. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions within 48 hours.
If a replacement is needed, feel free to place a new order at your convenience.
Online Orders & Mail-In Returns
Eligible returns can now be processed online. Simply enter your sales order number and billing zip code to view returnable items — it’s fast and easy.
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items sold and fulfilled by third-party sellers must be returned directly to the seller.
- Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
