Thank you to Omega Appliance for repairing my leaky refrigerator! I noticed a leak on Wednesday and used Thumbtack to find someone that could help. I received an immediate response from Omega and called. He came out that day, determined there were a number of issues and gave me a quote. He then ordered the part that ended up coming in on a Saturday. Omega Appliances came out on Sunday to complete the job! While finishing up, he found another leaky hose and replaced it without an additional charge. On top of that, her reconnected my tv that sits on top of the fridge. I highly recommend this company! Don't hesitate to give them a try.

Appliance Repair or Maintenance Elijah was super prompt and was able to work around my schedule. He came over for an estimate on Friday and finished the job Sunday (once the part came in). Excellent same day repair service. Elijah responded very quickly to my inquiry. He identified the problem with my fridge and completed the repair at a reasonable cost. I will definitely hire again.

We just moved into our new home and stocked the fridge and freezer when the fridge no longer kept goods cool at 58 degrees and items in the freezer slowly began defrosting at 22 degrees with temps rising. Omega made the time to fit me into their schedule but gave me the unfortunate news that the part we needed would possibly take up to a week to arrive. As a result I had to empty out all contents of the refrigerator and freezer and meal prep what I could with the expectation of loosing most all our food. I was also informed that the maintenance on the refrigerator hadn’t been kept up and I should probably be cleaning the coils every two years - something I didn’t know! A few hours after leaving my residence I received a call back from Omega saying they were actually able to get their hands on the part and could come right over! The technician arrived quickly and fixed my fridge and freezer all in one day! We were able to save a lot of food that would’ve otherwise been lost. I’m so grateful for the urgency to help me and the education I was provided in the process. I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you!!!!

We are so pleased to recommend Omega Tech Service! Our old AC unit was officially worn out and Omega came out to provide us an estimate of services after we requested an appointment from them online. They let us know when to expect their arrival at our home via text and a phone call. They arrived promptly and were very courteous while listening to our needs. After their inspection of our old unit (nearly 20 years old!) --they were able to provide us an estimate of repair. In addition, Omega provided us information about new HVAC products on the market which included the potential for Federal energy credits and the efficiency rating options of several different brands of systems. We opted for a new hybrid HVAC. Our new unit was ordered and arrived just in time for the next heat wave. The installation (and removal of the old unit) was logistically a tough one as everything was in our attic. It took the Omega team less than 7 hours to complete the project. The Omega team ensured the entire workspace was kept clean (they even covered our floors so they didn't track into the house). The Omega technicians were very professional and personable. We will certainly use Omega Tech Service for any new or used appliance repairs or installation in the future. Thank you Omega!
